KEITH ENRIGHT
Keith Enright serves as Google’s chief privacy officer and leads the global privacy legal, privacy compliance, and consumer protection teams. He joined Google in March 2011 and has more than 20 years of experience in creating and implementing programs for privacy, data protection, compliance, and information risk management.
Prior to joining Google, Enright served as the senior-most privacy executive at two Fortune 500 online and offline retail enterprises, as senior consultant for a leading global consulting practice, and as general counsel for a privately held advertising technology company.
Enright has been a featured speaker discussing online privacy and related subjects on NBC Nightly News, CNN, NPR Talk of the Nation, and other major media outlets. He has been a guest speaker at Harvard Law School, Stanford Law School, The UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is frequently featured at industry events focusing on technology, privacy and data protection.
Enright serves on the board of directors of Zoom Information, Inc. He also serves on the board of directors of DECODE, a nonprofit technology, innovation and entrepreneurship community jointly hosted with UC Berkeley and Stanford student organizations, alumni networks and entrepreneurship centers. He previously served on the board of directors of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is a member of the Future of Privacy Forum Advisory Board and the Center for Information Policy Leadership’s Advisory Council.
Enright is NACD Directorship Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors, is a member of the Maryland Bar, and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional certification from the IAPP.
JOE JONES
Joe Jones serves as the Director of Research and Insights for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Leading the Research & Insights team, he provides strategic direction and contributes to the development of practical content for privacy professionals on privacy law and policy, data protection management, and privacy technology and engineering. This work includes engaging with privacy leaders from industry, government, academia and civil society as he keeps IAPP members informed on data protection developments around the world.
Previously, Joe served as the Deputy Director for International Data Transfers with the UK Government where he led the team responsible for UK Government policies relating to free and secure flow of data internationally. This included work on data adequacy partnerships, alternative transfer mechanisms, and multilateral initiatives that promote the trusted exchange of data across borders. Other prior roles include serving as the UK Government’s Deputy Head of Digital Trade policy and working in the private sector as a lawyer on international data issues with Covington & Burling LLP.
Joe has been globally acknowledged as a leader in privacy law and policy. In 2022, Politico named him as the fourth most influential ‘rulemaker’ in Europe as well as the Digital policy ‘Wonk of the week’ in September of 2021.
He has led dozens of UK Government diplomatic delegations or missions, holds over 200 public and private speaking credits on data protection and transfers, and has contributed frequently to academic and professional publications, including the National Law Review.
He received his BA in Jurisprudence (Law) with honors from the University of Oxford and his Legal Practitioner Course with honors from the University of Law.

ZEE KIN YEONG
Yeong Zee Kin is presently the assistant chief executive (Data Innovation and Protection Group) of the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore. His scope of work includes developing forward-thinking governance on AI and data.
Yeong spearheaded the development of Singapore’s Model AI Governance Framework, which won the UNITU WSIS Prize in 2019. He concurrently holds the appointment of deputy commissioner of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and oversees the administration and enforcement of the Personal Data Protection Act (2012). His key responsibilities include managing the formulation and implementation of policies relating to the protection of personal data, as well as the issuing of enforcement directions for organisational actions. He also oversaw the development of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, as well as the proposed amendments to the Act in 2020.
Yeong is an internationally recognized expert on AI ethics. He is currently a member of the OECD Network of Experts on AI. In 2019, he was a member of the AI Group of Experts at the OECD, which developed the OECD Principles on AI. These principles have been endorsed by the G20 in 2019. He is also a well-regarded expert on data privacy issues.
Yeong has contributed to publications on legal issues relating to data privacy and has spoken at many well recognised international and domestic platforms on this topic. He is a member of OECD’s informal advisory group for the revision of the Supplementary Memorandum of the OECD Privacy Guidelines. He is also currently participating as an expert in the Global Partnership on AI’s Data Governance Working Group, which addresses data protection issues at the intersection of AI development and deployment. In addition, he has spoken and published in areas relating to electronic evidence and intellectual property, as well as legal issues relating to Blockchain and AI deployment.
Formerly a partner in Rajah & Tann LLP's iTec (intellectual property, technology, entertainment and communications) practice group, his experience as a technology, media and telecommunications lawyer spans both the public and private sectors. Yeong was awarded The Public Service Medal (COVID-19) in 2022 and The Public Service Medal in 2017 in recognition of his contributions to SAL. In 2014, he was awarded The Public Administration Medal (Silver) in recognition of his contributions to the Supreme Court.
JESSICA LEE
Jessica G Lee is currently the Head of Privacy Legal at OpenAI since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lee worked at Google for ten years, last holding the position of Senior Privacy Counsel and Legal Manager.
Before Google, Lee gained valuable experience as an IP Litigation Associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. She holds a law from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, specializing in public interest law and policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
