Prior to then, Marshall was the e-business marketing manager at MBNA America Bank, the world’s largest independent credit card issuer (now part of Bank of America), responsible for e-mail account acquisition, e-mail servicing to existing customers and e-mail compliance, including the CAN SPAM Act.
Marshal holds a BA in French from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Bellarmine University.
