Stephanie heads the Squire Sanders Information Technology and Data Protection practices in France. She has in-depth experience advising clients on local and international issues and strategies, contract drafting and negotiation of complex transactions, assisting clients with filings and relationships with regulators. Stephanie’s practice also focuses on communications and outsourcing and generally on business law and commercial contracts.
Stephanie regularly works with clients in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, gambling and advertising.
Prior to joining Squire Sander she was a partner at Linklaters where she headed the Paris TMT practice.
Stephanie is a member of IAPP, the French AFCDP, Commission on the Digital Economy and the Data Protection group of the ICC. She has spoken at various conferences in the Middle East, UK and France, and participates in vocational and client training. She regularly writes articles in French and in English in the firm’s newsletter, on Nymity’s website and in publications such as World Data Protection Report, Lamy and la Revue Génerale de droit médical.
