Chief Trust Architect

Andrew Clearwater serves as Chief Trust Officer at OneTrust. Clearwater is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), CIPM and CIPP/US, holds an LLM in Global Law and Technology and is a licensed attorney. In his role as Chief Trust Officer, Clearwater oversees the company's Centers of Excellence across Privacy, Security, Data Governance, Ethics, ESG, and Third-Party Risk, which provide counsel, leadership, and guidance on building more trusted organizations. Clearwater's team is also responsible for providing public policy analysis in the areas of privacy, data security, information policy, and technology transactions. Clearwater is a globally recognized privacy thought leader and has spoken at many of the world's leading privacy conferences on behalf of OneTrust.
