Jan-Dierk Schaal
Jan-Dierk Schaal is a partner in the IP, IT and Data Privacy practice of PwC Legal in Hamburg. He advises clients from start-ups to medium-sized companies as well as corporations in their data protection management, in particular with regard to the legal assessment of their processing activities and data transfers. He frequently gives presentations on data protection law and is author of several articles.
Before joining PwC Legal in 2019 he was heading the data protection practice of another Big-Four lawfirm after working for mid-sized lawfirm being specialized on IP-, IT- and date protection law as equity partner.
