About the IAPP

Maciej is a privacy professional based in Vancouver, BC. He works for TrustArc as a Manager of Quality Assurance at the Assurance Department which works on the certification solutions. Maciej has experience in working on the privacy frameworks such as the APEC PRP and CBPR, GDPR, CCPA, DPF, and PIPEDA.

Maciej holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in international business relations. He has finished the Center of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Policy’s (CAIDP) AI Policy Program with distinction. During the program the special attention has been given to the OECD Principles, the Universal Guidelines for AI, the Draft of the EU AI Act and the trilogue process, and the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of AI.
