About the IAPP

Eva Novick is Special Counsel at Miller Nash, a nationally recognized, industry-focused law firm with offices on the West Coast. Eva leads the firm’s privacy & data security team. In that capacity, she advises clients on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy laws and assists with security incident response. Prior to private practice, Eva was at the Oregon Department of Justice for 17 years practicing in consumer protection and privacy.
