Cybersecurity efforts are being bolstered around the globe. Chinese President Xi Jinping has announced he will preside over a cybersecurity and information security working group. And in the U.S., California is set to make it front-and-center after Attorney General Kamala Harris announced Thursday that cybersecurity will be a key focus for the California Department of Justice. This news comes less than a month after the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) finalized its cybersecurity framework.
