Having trouble getting your news fix?


If you're having trouble receiving the Daily Dashboard or any of our Digest e-newsletters, it could be that your spam filter is blocking them.


To resolve the issue, try these solutions:

  1. Check your Junk folder if you're using Outlook (versions 2007, 2010 or 2013).
  2. If you have a corporate spam filter, make sure you’ve added the e-mail address publications@iapp-email.com and the domain iapp-email.com to your whitelist or allow list.
  3. Check your Spam folder if you’re using G-mail or Yahoo mail and mark our e-mails as "Not Spam."
