The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has neither confirmed nor denied whether the websites are breaking EU privacy law, but the report states the ICO has said it will “remind all 13 MPs about their compliance with EU privacy laws.” The news comes amidst ongoing concerns that the EU’s cookie law is “unworkable,” the report states.
