No Feds at DEF CON, What Comes Next?

The founder of the hacking conference DEF CON has asked government officials not to attend this year’s conference—the first such request in its 21-year history—because the recent NSA disclosures “have made many in the community uncomfortable about” the long-standing relationship between hackers, pros and academics and federal authorities.
