Meanwhile, a Tennessee-based retailer is suing VISA for allegedly breaching contract after a data breach; the University of Connecticut Health Center has announced a data breach affecting 1,400 patients, and both New York’s Good Samaritan Hospital and Florida’s Osceola County EMS have notified patients of separate breach incidents.
