At the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, the big topic is "lots of data," reports Nick Bilton of The New York Times. "Chancellors, bankers and educators meeting at the conference are being asked to discuss what the forum calls a growing data deluge and how to manage it," Bilton writes, adding "the discussion of privacy is not far behind." A report released by the World Economic Forum, "Big Data, Big Impact," says "Privacy and security concerns must be addressed before firms, governments and individuals can be convinced to share data more openly."
