Regardless of privacy concerns, school bus drivers should be mandated to undergo physical and mental health exams and report all conditions to their employers. That's the message from Judge Bruce Fraser following an inquest into a crash that resulted in the death of a nine-year-old girl, The Globe and Mail reports. Among the recommendations in the inquest report released on Thursday include random drug testing, mental health reporting, medication use disclosure and full medical disclosure.
