HHS Rule To Be Reviewed

February 14, 2011

The Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is asking the White House Office of Management and Budget to review its new privacy rule that will provide "an expanded requirement that healthcare providers track and be able to report to patients any disclosures of their medical records," Modern Healthcare reports.
