One woman discovered that her photograph had been used in a "hot singles" ad when the ad showed up on her husband's profile page. Experts say recent changes to Facebook's privacy settings exacerbate the risks associated with self-publishing personal information. Canadian Privacy Commissioner Jennifer Stoddart criticized the changes, and Assistant Privacy Commissioner Elizabeth Denham said, "We are not happy. I think we will have an announcement to make in the next few weeks."
