Allies in privacy

Head east on the 43rd parallel from the IAPP’s York, Maine-based global headquarters and eventually you’ll pass through France, home of the French Association of Data Protection Correspondents (AFCDP). Last month, the IAPP and AFCDP formed a strategic alliance designed to help broaden the knowledge base of the global privacy profession.

“With AFCDP and IAPP members working together, we can learn from one another and apply insights,” said AFCDP president Paul-Olivier Gibert.
