Privacy pros are largely lauding the White House’s recent report, “A Technological Perspective,” which delivers “recommendations on how we can embrace Big Data technologies while at the same time protecting fundamental values like privacy, fairness and self-determination.” But some are skeptical about it ever being more than a PDF spouting off some pretty good intentions.
