PrivacyAtlas.com contains a search engine in which consumers enter the name of a business and the search engine either issues back a green checkmark or a red “X”, telling consumers whether the business is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
idcloack has released versions of VPN (Virtual Private Network) servers for both Germany and Japan. The servers offer users in those countries with security and anonymity while browsing online. A secure and private connection is created for the users and gives them a different IP address and a faster browsing experience. The connection is also provides users with high level data encryption, further protecting information sent through the server.
Privatus is a messaging app targeted mainly to the legal profession. Encryption is used and is stored solely on the users’ devices and only the intended recipient may read the messages as a password is required to read them. The messages are therefore kept strictly confidential and the company has stated that the messages will not be subject to legal discovery or subpoena.
