President Barack Obama plans to meet with the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB) on Friday in response to the NSA surveillance program leaks, The Washington Post reports. Obama has said the PCLOB will play a key role in fostering a public debate about the programs. The president has also tapped James Clapper, the director of national intelligence, to possibly declassify more Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court opinions.
