The Wisconsin Supreme Court is set to rule on the case, which involves a citizen's request for release of the e-mails of five teachers in the Wisconsin Rapids School District. The teachers involved did not object to the release of work-related e-mails, but filed a lawsuit to keep their personal e-mails private, the report states. A lower court's judge ruled that all of the e-mails should be released, which the teachers then appealed. The verdict is due today.
