Mark is an EU data privacy specialist who advises companies on various information law issues including Binding Corporate Rules, offshore outsourcing, online behavioral advertising and eDiscovery. Much of Mark's experience was gained in-house at IBM where for many years he was its Global Privacy Lawyer.  This gives him a good insight into the ways and workings of privacy compliance within US multinationals.

As well as being a qualified attorney, Mark has a doctorate in semiconductor physics from Oxford University and was recently the included in the 2010 “Hot 100”, an independent list of the 100 lawyers having significant impact on the UK legal profession compiled by The Lawyer magazine.
