Kelly Harris Jerkovich serves as Vice President - Global Privacy for Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, one of the world's largest hospitality companies with locations across six continents, where she helps oversee the company's Global Privacy Program.  Prior to joining Wyndham's legal department, she served as corporate for pharmaceutical companies, Otsuka America and Daiichi Sankyo, where she focused mostly on FDA regulatory compliance.  Prior to her in-house positions, Kelly practiced in the areas of white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart (now K&LGates) and Gibbons, PC.  Kelly received her B.A. from Rutgers and her J.D. from Seton Hall University of School of Law.
