Monika Tomczak-Górlikowska is a licensed attorney (adwokat) in the offices of Miller, Canfield, W.Babicki, A.Chełchowski i Wspólnicy in Poland. In addition to the law studies, she has also received a Master of European Law degree (LLM cum laude) from the Law Department of the College of Europe in Brugge (Belgium).
Monika specialization in privacy matters dates to the moment when Poland has first adopted its Personal Data Protection Act. Apart from privacy law, Monika practices in competition banking law.
