Kimberly MacNeill is the director of membership and customer relations for the IAPP, leading the member engagement and services efforts of the world’s largest association of privacy professionals. MacNeill also acts as the privacy lead for the organization.

Prior to joining the IAPP, MacNeill worked extensively on relationship and capacity building and project management in the corporate and social sectors. Her diverse experience includes work for the Hunger Project, AEA Investors Inc. and the New York Times Company.

MacNeill holds a master of public administration degree in public and nonprofit management and policy from New York University and a BA degree in English from Roanoke College. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and participated in the Information Privacy Summer Institute at the University of Maine School of Law.
